We are not responsible for addresses that are incorrect or undeliverable. Please be sure to double check the shipping address before submitting your order. In addition, we are unable to process refunds for shipping charges.
While we will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, it becomes the responsibility of USPS once it leaves our hands. If there are any issues, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Be sure to include your order #, picture and description of the incorrect item. Please add "INCORRECT ORDER" in the subject so that we can get back to you ASAP with further instructions.
